Wow on the house, how old is it? Reminds me of This Old House. I never understood the concept of putting carpet in a bathroom or a kitchen. Sounds like she will have a beautiful "new" place when all is said and done. When I was 10, we moved into a house built in the 1940s. Mom promptly put shag carpeting over the beautiful hardwood floors because she grew up with hardwood and always thought it was "cold". Thank you for sharing with us at To Do Tuesday!
