Thanks for the link - it opened right up today without issue. It's been a while since I've done hand embroidery but your vase of flowers look wonderful. I think the vase shape looks just fine, too - especially with that cute little heart on it! I've never done wool appliqué either, but it should be fairly easy since the edges won't ravel at all.
