When my mom was alive, she could never hear Sue speak. It was her pitch or tone that was difficult for her to hear - plus she truly was deaf in one ear. I could speak up just a bit and she would hear me - your story of your dad makes me smile with the memory. I'm so glad you could visit your peeps! It seems extra special now, doesn't it?! Nice picture of the four of you!! Now on to the stunning piece that's all together! Holy moly - Rock Candy is just gorgeous, don't you think? And the rust binding will be perfection as well.
