I have to tell myself to just stop whining and get it done. I don't know why I can't stand doing that part, other than it's just a hassle to get everything lined up correctly and to roll the quilt and backing on evenly (I use Sharon Schamber's board/thread basting technique). I find the binding is maybe the part I leave for so long, but now I have that flanged design, it is not left to linger or go mouldy!!! Love your baby quilt, is that the very hungry caterpillar? A sure favourite for many years ahead.
