It always takes me by surprise when these little house projects end up being more work than we initially thought, but how great that your hubby knows how to get it fixed! The blocks are beautiful, great job on being so busy and still being able to sneak in some sewing time. Way to go!! I hope to sneak in a tiny bit of time to make a cafe curtain. That should only take 30 minutes at the most, and I'll get a bit of sewing time in! It has to be such a relief for them to have your help!
