You used such pretty fabrics. I really like the way the centre looks like a medallion. It will make a pretty table topper.

I have a new strategy. I set the timer on my phone for a short period--3 minutes is working well, and then zip through Instagram quickly. I avoid Twitter altogether, and have finally gotten away from FB all but maybe once a week. Social media can take up all your sewing minutes, if you don't control it.

Email, now that's another story. I wish I knew how to get through it quickly.

Oh Splendid Sampler is so distracting, and so wonderful. But I'm not taking the bait. Just can't, with so many WIPs to finish!

Lovely block!

Love this block! I agree about social media and, like Christine, unfollowed most of the designers and shops I like because I was constantly distracted by the fabric I did not have instead of focusing on the wonderful things I do have in my stash. Good luck with that Bargello!

All of the pictures on social media really can be distracting. I actually had to unfollow some designers and stores because I kept being tempted to buy more fabrics I didn't need.

I like this one block wonder... Very cute! So glad your Plan B worked out for the Bargello and you are expecting fabric soon. That's great! Have a wonderful week!
