I love what I've been seeing on the other blogs. Your blocks look awesome! I'm hosting my own QAL, my very first, starting March 16th, so unfortunately doing the Facets will have to wait. I doubt very much that you need another project, but if you're looking for something fast and easy to do, here's the link to my QAL. I think you've hit a home run using it in this border. It gives it a hand-colored look to me somehow, and is gorgeous viewed as the whole quilt. Your Curve It Up quilt top is gorgeous! And ohhhhh that Grunge fabric! It really does play well with the Zen Chic fabrics. I am blown away by the curvy border too. That is stunning and really pops. The Facets blocks look great! I love how well the batiks work together. I haven't done well with my BOM at all. I have the January and February block patterns for the 2016 Sugar Block Club, but haven't started them. I am going to be joining The Inquiring Quilter's QAL from her Stepping Stones pattern that starts in March. I just ordered batiks to use in that quilt in the favorite colors of one of my close friends. She has been on my mind to make a quilt for, so I am going to make that one for her. It will be my first time making a quilt out of all batiks. I hope there's not a huge difference from the usual quilting cottons I use! I hope you have a wonderful week!
