hum, binding is not my favorite thing to do. I'll have to see if I have a flat felled foot. I have that table runner pattern but haven't started it. Not sure I have 60 degree ruler but probably do. Sorry to admit I really don't like most squash. I love a good bowl of chili but don't have it all too often.

That Christmas runner is gorgeous! What a great way to help a friend out. I will have to try that method. I have a flat felled foot, but haven't been brave enough to try it out. I typically hand stitch them down, but I do like being able to use the machine when I need a binding finished in a hurry. Thanks for the idea!

That recipe looks yummy! I don't have a special fall favorite though. My family is requesting I make chicken and dumplings sometime soon now that the weather is cooler so I'll be pulling my recipe book out for that one. It's been so long since I made it I forgot what my go-to recipe was!

I like the Christmas runner too. The pattern on that is just perfect. You're friend is fortunate to have you!
We've eaten squash fixed that way as well. Even had it with a small amount a black beans. It is yummy and healthy.
Have a fun busy week!
