		<description>Hi Christine, I think you would like acrylic templates better than cardboard because you would get more accurate fabric pieces. It is easy to use the templates with a rotary cutter - even the curved templates. If you go the cardboard route, I&#039;d trace the shape on the fabric and cut out with scissors. All machine pieced too.</description>

I haven&#039;t used templates very much so far.  I did use some that I had to print out for the Tula Pink Moxie quilt pattern.  I ended up taping the pattern to some cardboard and used that to cut out the pieces.  I did not like it very much, because I was a little aggressive with the rotary cutter and would cut into the cardboard.  I think I would have liked it a lot better if I had acrylic templates.  

How was cutting your pieces with the curved template? Did you have to trace and cut it out, or were you able to use a rotary cutter along side of it?  The patterns look really interesting, maybe using templates more is something I should consider!</description>
